Its unique healing abilities come from three components in the essential oils found in its bark: cinnamaldehyde, cinnamyl acetate and cinnamyl alcohol.

How to Use:
Add 1/2-1 teaspoon of cinnamon to give flavour to home baking, breads, curries, sauces and vegetable dishes. Also delicious in hot drinks and sprinkled over porridge.
