It is important that the on-line terms and conditions listed below are read carefully by all customers. In using our website the customer is agreeing to the terms & conditions as set out below. This Website is for use by people who are 18 years and over only.

All information submitted to New Leaf Online for payment and delivery purposes will be totally secure and will be subjected to the strictest confidentiality.
Prices in Euros
Our goods are priced in Euro and are inclusive of tax, where applicable.
You must be over 18 to purchase vitamins and supplements from New Leaf Online.
Delivery of goods under €60 in Ireland will be subject to a €6.50 delivery fee, orders over €60 delivered in Ireland will be delivered free of charge. For the time being whilst Brexit is not clarified we cannot deliver to the UK but we will continue to deliver to addresses in Northern Ireland.
The final bill to the customer will represent the full order cost to the customer including all taxes and delivery costs. By engaging in the ordering process the customer is authorising newleafonline.ie to validate and charge the full cost of the goods ordered to the charge card submitted.
So we can deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we ask you to provide all the information requested in the ordering process.
Deliveries are dispatched on the next working day after the order has been placed, and you should receive your order within 2 – 5 working days. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Cancelling before Dispatch
You may cancel an order at any time before goods are dispatched by notifying newleafonline.ie. A full refund will be made to your account without charge.
Return of Delivered Goods
If you want to return goods that have been delivered for any reason, please contact [email protected] The goods must be returned unopened and sealed along with a copy of the original invoice. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods. When the goods and invoice have been satisfactorily returned, you will be issued with a full credit.
Breakages in Transit
When you receive your order, it is important for you to check it is intact. If you notice a breakage, you must bring this to the attention of the delivery person at the time of delivery. We can quickly arrange and dispatch a replacement order or a refund.
