We use DPD to send most orders and a small percentage of the orders are sent with An Post.
So we can deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we ask you to provide all the information requested in the ordering process. Please look at your email receipt and verify that you have given us the right postcode and telephone number.
Deliveries are usually dispatched on the next working day after the order has been placed, and you should receive your order within 2 – 5 working days. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays. Many of the orders are sent out immediately and arrive the next day. Mainland EU deliveries take slightly longer – DPD need about 7 days.
Delivery of Goods to EU countries is at a fixed rate of €20 and it can take up to 7 working days for your items to arrive.

Delivery of goods under €60 in Ireland (including Northern Ireland) will be subject to a €6.50 delivery fee, orders over €60 delivered in Ireland will be delivered free of charge. We do not deliver to Britain.
