How to use:
Do not use undiluted.
Use carrier oils (e.g. almond or jojoba) or water to dilute oils used topically on the skin.
Topical uses include baths, massage oils, sprays and compresses.
Inhalation can be very effective on moods. Use in diffusers, in sprays, dry evaporation (e.g. a few drops on some cloth), or steam inhalation.
