How to use:

  • Do not use undiluted.
  • Use carrier oils (e.g. almond or jojoba) or water to dilute oils used topically on the skin.
  • Topical uses include baths, massage oils, sprays and compresses.
  • Inhalation can be very effective on moods. Use in diffusers, in sprays, dry evaporation (e.g. a few drops on some cloth), or steam inhalation.
