Providing: A 2:1 ratio of Omega 3 and Omega 6 (Essential Fatty Acids).
Alpha linolenic acid (Omega 3) 2330mg, Linoleic acid (Omega 6) 1235mg, Oleic acid (Omega 9) 699mg, Gamma linolenic acid (omega 6) 14mg.
Also provides tocopherols, tocotrienols and other important phytonutrients.
