By founding Sara’s Choice, I discovered a way to share my experience and join forces with native Peruvian people to provide a wider market for their unique products.

My experience forced me to look at the food I was consuming and though I was always an advocate of organics, it was purely from a culinary point of view- in that they taste better! I came to realize the importance and connections between unadulterated nutrition and health.
