Commonly derived from crab shell, glucosamine is made up of glucose, a sugear that the body burns for fuel, and glutamine (an amino acid). Glucosamine provides raw material for the production of structural components of cartilage. Glucosamine is an important part of the mucopolysaccharides, which provide structure to bone, cartilage, skin, nails, hair, and other body tissues. Consequently its uses include joint protection and repair, connective tissue injury and so on.
Directions:
As a food supplement for adults one (1) to two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Each tablet provides: Glucosamine Sulfate (from shellfish) 1000 mg.
Tableted with these natural ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, cellulose gum, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin.
